This policy explains what MarketCrew collects, why, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account data — if you create an account, your email address (and, for social sign-in, the basic profile your provider returns).
• Usage data — the tickers and queries you look up, pages viewed, and basic device/log data (IP, browser), used to run and improve the service.
• Cookies — for sign-in sessions and privacy-respecting analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

We do not ask for or store brokerage credentials, account numbers, or your holdings. The market data we show is public/aggregate, not your personal portfolio.

The AI connector

When you use MarketCrew inside Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI client, your requests reach our servers to return market data and analysis. We process the ticker/parameters of the request; we don’t receive your AI account credentials.

How we use data

• To provide, secure and improve the service.
• To respond to you and send service messages you’ve requested (e.g. alerts, if you enable them).
• To detect abuse and enforce limits.

Sharing

We don’t sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that run our infrastructure (e.g. hosting, database, email, analytics) under contract, or when required by law.

Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, or deletion of your account data, and can delete your account at any time. Contact us using the address below.

Children

MarketCrew is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.
